I was doing everything in the office: scheduling, selling & hiring. One week I remember offering 2 candidates the job... I was excited about them. I had one more interview that week. She was fine. But nothing that got me excited. I asked @Katie Manzanares for advice. She said: "Hire her." I went from excited to terrified. How was I going to fill 3 cleaners schedules at one time? It was going to be expensive to train 3 people at one time!! Then Katie reminded me... "She probably wont show up anyway." I scheduled an onboarding for 3 cleaners. The 2 candidates I was excited about... never showed up. The one I wasn't excited about.. I got excited that she showed up to onboarding. Today, that cleaner is still with us.
