On this episode we are traveling from the North of Brazil all the way down to El Río de La Plata where we meet with the Candombe. On this trip we get closer to cultural manifestations that show more evidently their relation with the Afro musics.

With the help from Maria Figueredo's book "Poesía y Música Popular: Su Convergencia en el Siglo XX (Poetry and Popular Music: Their convergence in the XX Century)," we start to explore the tight link between music and poetry and the importance of this relationship in the Popular Music from Latin America.
