What we consciously choose to focus on, often dictates our ultimate success or failure. In my monthly budget, every dollar has ONE job...to make me another dollar. How do we do this? By buying/holding assets. We need to OVERCOME the constant of inflation that ERODES the purchasing power of our fiat currency. What do you believe is possible for you? What we tell ourselves (especially repeatedly) often BECOMES true in our lives. A great book to read is: "You Can Just Do Things" by Jay Yang. Getting started in something new can be scary. But we need to attempt things and do things EVEN though we feel scared or nervous or unsure. Avoidind risk at all costs AND becoming wealthy is nearly impossible. We have to get used to the idea of accepting some risk and AS you get wealthier you can dial back the risk and take LESS risk as time moves forward and our portfolios grow subtantially. I don't know what your personal beliefs are. What you choose to believe is your personal decision to make. But for me, I believe God has a plan for my life and I believe that He wants to see me succeed and I belive that He HAS helped me in life and CONTINUES to help me even today. This thought, for me, this belief is compforting and helps drive me forward to new opportunites and face life with each new day. We can help to change our lives in 4 years. But I believe in my personal situation, God has helped me to do that in LESS than 4 years. So I can't take 100% credit for my success. But that being said, I was willing to do the work. But I first needed to know WHAT to work on and in what DIRECTION to head. Many people who procrastinate are wonderful people. But their procrastination serves a pupose for them. Procrastination often helps people feel comfortable about NOT STARTING. We convince ourselves that we NEED to do more RESEARCH BEFORE we get started. Most times in life, this is simply NOT true. But telling ourselved we need more time, makes us feel better about NOT taking action today. If we believe in an asset, then when the price drops significantly, our emotions tell us to sell ("cut our losses")> But skilled, long term investors often patiently wait for these opportunities, to BUY more. When the asset price recovers and returns to what it was previsouly, the skilled investors who managed their emotions benefitted by buying shares a huge discount. Have courage today to pick one thing, and work on your dreams. Wealthy people are focussed on continuing to buy/hold assets. Every dollar in my monthly budget, has ONE job...to make me another dollar. What fiat currency do you use in your country? Tesla is not just another electric car company. We discuss Tesla and why it would help anyone to own AT LEAST 12 shares of Tesla stock. I expect Tesla share price ot go reach $2,000 to $4,000 per share in the next 5 to 8 years. So if correct, then Tesla is a great stock to buy/hold for growth. Tesla, will likely change the way we live with their Optimus robots and Robotaxis. And we should also buy/hold the best performing asset on the planet...Bitcoin. Rick Reider from Black Rock states that EVERY portfolio should hold some Bitcoin (1% to 5%). Black Rock is the largest money manager on the planet. Push buttons on your phone and change your life in 4 to 6 years. Become wealthy. I like to follow James at Invest Answers on YouTube. I always get valuable information from him. Focus on building your weekly/monthly cash flow. Growth assets are fun when the price goes higher than when you purchased them. But NOTHING is better than cash flow. And IF your growth assets go higher, the ONLY way to get money out is to SELL some shares. But with dividend assets, they pay me EVERY WEEK/MONTH and I do NOT have to sell any shares to get that money! I am planing on cashing out (selling) some of my stock assets in Q4 this year in 2025 and I'm definitely going to sell a lot of my crypto assets between now and Christmas (Dec 25th). Have courage today, to pick one thing, and work on your dreams. I'm not a financial advisor. Thank you for all of the 10,000 plus downloads!There is a disturbing trend where fewer and fewer Americans CAN AFFORD to retire. Why? Answer: due to inflation (rising costs!) Now WHAT would help anyone with rising costs? Answer: MORE CASH FLOW! Time is our most valuable asset in life. Most of us go to a job WHERE we trade time for money. We do that until me have saved/invested enough where we have so much weekly/monthly cash flow, that we can afford to walk away from our jobs(we retire). Every investment that anyone considers should not be viewed in the same way that we view Apple stock. We know that Apple is GROWTH stock. So therefore, the ONLY way we can lock in profit, is to SELL SOME SHARES, when the stock price goes up! So we ONLY have ONE way to make money (profit) with Apple stock. But what about dividend stocks/ETF's? We can buy/hold dividend assets that PAY us WITHOUT us having to sell shares! Guess what you can do with cash flow? Answer: Anything you want. That's what makes cash flow SO VALUABLE! We discuss "NAV erosion" and "share price ersosion" and how we don't really need to concern ourselves that the share price has decreased, as long the asset continues to PAY US a dividend on a schedule (weekly/monthly). I don't care if I "lose money" ON PAPER, as in IF I were to sell shares. I don't plan on selling shares! So WHY would I care if the share price fluctuates UP or DOWN? We don't have to wait for permission to become wealthy. Start today. Start messy. Start right where you are today. Stop telling yourself that you aren't ready or that you need to do more research. Your goal should be to learn. Your goal should NOT be "not fail." Failure is VALUABLE information that you can use when you try again! Wealthy people are focussed on buying/holding assets, that pay them cash flow. It's part of the Mag 7 group of stocks (Apple, Amazon, Nvidia etc.).  But it's expensive. OVER $500 per share! So it's a good stock for people who are ALREADY wealthy to park money. It's a GROWTH stock with an EXTREMELY SMALL dividend. It's NOT a dividend stock! It pays a YEARLY dividend yield of 0.65%! That's you waiting an ENTIRE year to earn 0.65% on your money! That's a REAL CRAPPY dividend!  It would cost you $5,180,000 to buy 10,000 shares of Microsoft stock. And for investing, let's call is 5.2 MILLION dollars, you would get $33, 200 PER YEAR in dividends that are paid quarterly (every 3 months.). Compare this to MSTY with a dividend yield of right now, 205%. This yield fluctuates typically between 165% and higher. The yield changes as the NAV (net asset value) or SHARE PRICE changes. MSTY shares have been costing between $15 and $17 per share. But when the share price DROPS, the YIELD goes UP! MSTY pays a MONTHLY dividend. 10,000 shares at $16 per share would cost you $160,000. Compare/contrast this with the cost of 10,000 shares of Microsoft at 5.2 MILLION dollars. What about MSTY's dividend? It has been paying ONE DOLLAR per share for several months in a row. So...if you owned 10,000 shares of MSTY and it pays $1/share...you would be paid in dividends, $10,000 PER MONTH! Compare this with ULTY which costs about $6/share. ULTY pays a WEEKLY dividend. The typical ULTY dividend is between 9 and 10 CENTS per share, paid weekly. 10,000 shares at $6/share would cost you $60,000. The ULTY ETF invests in about 30 different companies. That is good if you are looking for diversification and LESS risk. MSTY is a SINGLE STOCK RISK ETF tied to the underlying stock, MSTR. MSTR is a great stock to buy/hold as the company holds OVER 600,000 Bitcoin on it's comany balance sheet. MSTR could hit a share price of over $2,000 per share in the next 8 years. It's currently September 2025. If you owned 10,000 shares of ULTY it would pay you $900 PER WEEK, if it paid 9 cents/share. If it paid 10 cents/share, you would receive $1,000 PER WEEK in dividends. Poor people are focussed on buying things. If you want to build wealth, then you ened to focus on buying/holding assets which PAY YOU cash flow (dividends). This podcast has hit 10,000 downloads. These steps are in SEQUENCE and probably listed in order of importance, ranked by me. So the steps are subjective but have proven to me that ANYONE can drastically change their life in a good way in just 4 years. We can only spend time once which makes, TIME, our MOST valuable asset. So spend your time wisely and with purpose. In life, we tend to pay attention to things that we choose to focus on. Most people who have "money problems" have a cash flow problem. How do you fix this? Answer: do things to pay you cash (income) both weekly/monthly. Wealthy people buy/hold assets! Focus on purchasing assets, NOT things! Saving your money in Bitcoin puts your cash into the best performing long term growth asset on the planet! And saving your money in Bitcoin helps protect your purchasing power over time. But Bitcoin does NOT pay us cash flow. However, investing in true high yield dividend ETF's AND selling simple option contracts can bring you cash flow EACH week/month. What does retirement look like for you? How much income/cash flow do you need each month to pay your bills and have money left over? Once you have "your monthly income number" you can work backwards to buy/hold assets that you bring you that money each week/month. What do you believe in? Do you believe in God? Do you believe in a higher power that exists outside of you? Do you pray each day? Do you read each day? What type of stuff do you read each day? Believing or not believing in God is always a personal choice. I believe that God has a plan for my life. And I also believe in the power of reading each morning and starting my day in a positive way. Ultimately, with all of this, it comes down to what are choosing to focus on? What are choosing to ignore? Buy/hold assets, not things. But also find time to spend both time/money with people that are important to you in life. Cost of one share of Ceterpillar is about $425. Cost of one share of MSTY is between $15 to $17 per share. Cost of one share of ULTY is about $6. Yearly dividend yield on Caterpillar is 1.43%.  The dividend yield per year on MSTY is 166% and the yearly dividend yield on ULTY is 135%. MSTY pays a MONTHLY dividend. ULTY pays a WEEKLY dividend. Caterpillar pays a quarterly dividend. If you invested 4.2 MILLION dollars in Caterpillar then you would receive a yearly dividend of about $60,400 per year. However if you invested $160,000 into MSTY you would recieve $10,000 per MONTH in dividends. Why? Because MSTY pays $1/share per month. Or if you invested $60,000 into ULTY, then you would receive about $1,000 per WEEK in dividends and that works out to be about $4,000 per month in dividends! What this really boils down to is: are you playing the "wealth preservation game" or are you playing the "wealth accumulation game."  People who invest in very PASSIVE stocks like Caterpillar, are trying to avoid risk but by doing that, they are also avoiding high returns! People who are already wealthy (like millionaires and multi milliionaires) are trying NOT to lose money! That's why they select investments like Caterpillar, which is not a bad company at all. I just don't recommend it UNLESS you already havea FULL TIME income in dividends every month. You will work your entire life for "cash flow." We discuss Visa today. Many people who claim to be "dividend investors" own Visa stock. Is it a dividend stock? Or is it a growth stock that pays a small dividend? Let's run the numbers. Cost of one share: $343/share. Cost of 10,000 shares is $3,400,000. Visa is a great stock for people that are already wealthy that are playing the "wealth preservation" game. Yield for Visa is 0.69% per year. Earn $2.36/share per year. Owning 10,000 shares of Visa will pay you $23,600/year. Dividend schedule: Visa pays quarterly. Cost of one share of MSTY is $15 to $17. Let's use $16 as average cost per share. so cost of 10,000 shares of MSTY is $160,000. MSTY pays ONE DOLLAR per share PER MONTH. It's a montly payer. So you would make $10,000 PER MONTH if you owned 10,000 shares. Dividend yield for MSTY: 166%. They use a covered call option strategy with involved risk. MSTY is a single stock risk fund tied to the stock MSTR> Cost of share of ULTY is between $5 and $7. Let's use $6 as average cost per share. So 10,000 shares would cost $60,000. ULTY pays WEEKLY, between 9 cents and 10 cents/share PER WEEK. So you would make $900 to $1,000 PER WEEK in dividends if you owned 10,000 shares. Monthly income from ULTY would be $3,600 to $4,000 per month. Yearly income: $43,200 to $48,000 per eyar. Dividend yield: 135%. They use a covered call option strategy which involved risk. ULTY invests in about 30 different companies. People often have a romantic day about retirement and they think that magically, things will work out. Do you plan on spending down your principal in retirment? Or living off the interest, the ROI, the dividends? Two long term growth stocks that I invest is are: Tesla and MSTR> I belive BOTH of these stocks will reach $2,000/share in next 8 to 10 years. Tesla is MORE than just an electric car comany. It is an AI play. And MSTR holds over 600,000 Bitcoin on their company balance sheet. I suggest rotating 1/2 of dividends from MSTY/ULTY and rotate into LESS risky assets like QQQI/SPYI/CLM. And take 1/2 of the dividends and invest back into FREE shares of MSTY/ULTY. That lowers your overall cost basis and brings you more dividends per week/month moving forward. Figure out WHY wealthy people invest in the things they invest in. Have courage today, to pick one thing, and work on your dreams. Before you invest, determine what game you are playing? Are you playing the "wealth preservation" game or the "wealth accumulation" game? People who invest in a large amount of shares of Coke (symbol: KO)  stock are already wealthy. If you are not already a millionaire, or multi millionaire, you will make MORE weekly/monthly cash flow by investing in MSTY and ULTY. Are MSTY and ULTY risky? YES! But if you AVOID risk, then you are also AVOIDING HIGH RETURNS! Is Coke (KO)  really a "dividend stock?" Answer: No it's actually a growth stock that pays a very small dividend (dividend yield: 3.0% per YEAR- cost for ONE share: $68).  Compare this to MSTY: yield 166% per year. Cost of one share: $15 to $17. Or compared to ULTY: Yield 135% per year. Cost of one share: $5 to $7. At a yield of 3.0% for every share of Coke (KO)  you own, at the end of 12 months: you will get $2.04. Will that extra $2.04 help to make you wealthy?? You don't make MOST of the profit on Coke via the dividend. Instead you make profit on shares of Coke stock via "share price appreciation" and hopefully future stock splits. Simple math: 10,000 shares of Coke (KO)  stock at $68/share will cost you: $680,000. Compared to 10,000 shares of MSTY at $16/share will cost you: $160,000. And compared to ULTY 10,000 shares at $6/share will cost you: $60,000. Take HALF of the dividend money from MSTY/ULTY and ROTATE it into LESS RISKY investments. The other half of the dividend payouts I would use to buy MORE shares of MSTY/ULTY for FREE! ZERO COST basis. Your 680 THOUSAND dollars invested in Coke stock (10,000 shares) will pay you about $20,400 per year. What about dividend yields of MSTY/ULTY? If you own 10,000 shares of MSTY you will get paid $10,000 PER MONTH!! It pays a MONTHLY dividend of $1/share. Will that continue? Who knows. What about ULTY's dividend yield? It pays $0.10/share per WEEK. That's right, it pays a WEEkLY dividend. So 10,000 shares will pay you $1,000 per WEEK or $4,000 per MONTH!  Do your own research! As an investor, understand WHY people do what they do. If Warren Buffett says to invest in a particular stock: that doesn't automatically mean its a great idea for YOU to invest in that stock! Warren Buffett is playing the "wealth preservation" game because he is already wealthy. You're NOT a dividend investor if you are investing in Coke. Compared to MSTY which is $15 to $17 per share. Or compared to ULTY which costs between $5 to $7 per share. What about dividend yields? PG dividend yield is 2.64%. MSTY yield is 166%. ULTY yield is 135%. The dividend yields aren't even close! Not even in the same dividend universe. That's because PG is NOT a dividend stock. It is a GROWTH stock where MOST of your ROI will come from "share price appreciation" NOT dividends. IN order to buy 10,000 shares of PG you would need 1.6 MILLION dollars. So if you have that much money already, you ARE already wealthy. But MOST people on planet earth don't have an EXTRA 1.6 MILLION dollars just laying around because they don't know what to do with it!!  How much would 10,000 shares of MSTY cost? Answer: About $160,000. How about ULTY? Cost for 10,000 shares of ULTY... about $60,000. What about dividends paid? MSTY...10,000 shares pays $1 PER SHARE EVERY MONTH! That's $10,000 EVERY month in dividends from MSTY in dividend income. What about ULTY dividend payments?  It typically pays 10 cents/share PER WEEK. It's a WEEKLY payer. 10,000 shares of ULTY pays $1,000 per WEEK or $4,000 per month. That's IF it continues to pay at least 10 cents/share per week. Investing in PG makes sense AFTER you have more than enough cash flow each month to pay your bills PLUS money left over that you don't need to save or live on. Investing in MSTY and ULTY are RISKY. I suggest taking at least HALF of the dividends from these ETF's and put that money into LESS RISKY investments like, QQQI and SPYI.  All of investing presumes you ALREADY HAVE a basic understanding of how INFLATION causes the purchasing power of your cash to DECLINE. Have courage today, to pick one thing, and work on your dreams.
