Trying times in Leadership - part 2

According to a report from the Centers for Disease Control in 2019, well before the pandemic, 1 in 6 young people reported creating a suicide plan which is a 44% increase since 2e009. The pandemic exacerbated it as young people were isolated or put in a fractured environment. Tony discussed the causes of mental health and possible ways to manage mental health and offer support to the child experiencing mental health issues. Tony Wechsler is a Speaker, Trainer, and Coach who works with struggling professionals to start living life on their own terms, where every day is a Friday! Tony has worked for over 20 years as an investigator and trained hundreds of investigators in his career. He left that life in 2021 to become a full-time coach and business owner. He now teaches courses in many areas including negotiations, persuasion, and making the transition to becoming an entrepreneur. Tony is a certified life coach and has completed several coaching programs including the Virtual Coach program with Eben Pagan, and several programs with Tony Robbins. He has also trained in NLP and is a lifelong student of psychology and human behavior.
