73. Intentional Practices for an Aligned Life: How I Remain Organized, Consistent, & Connected
"I love you where you are and I love you where you're going,"
This is a mantra I have been using in my life for the last few weeks - one I have shared with all of you on this show, and one that defines what this episode is truly about.
A few episodes ago, you asked for a template to my personal tracking techniques - ones that have held me accountable and have allowed me to take this The Road Less Traveled.

On today's episode, I walk you through the specific intentional practices that have changed my life - including one that I created and have used for years called "Threading"
This "threading" technique has been the basis for all of my growth - holding me accountable with seasonal, monthly, weekly, and daily goal-setting & checking-in as it relates to my alignment and overall health/wellness.
& The older I get, the more I realize that health truly is wealth.
In this discussion, I break it all down + give you a peak into my inner world: a Type A, highly sensitive, virgo rising who loves organization but also loves freedom of expression, creativity, and flow - someone who has learned how to manage an ADHD brain without medication and with peace + purpose.
This episode is about the devotion to living intentionally while remaining committed to expansion - a hard balance to strike which requires practice.
These practices are how I have remained consistent, worked 2 full-time jobs (one corporate, one creative), quit one of them to pursue this podcast full time, all while learning about what it takes to be a friend to myself, and then actually being that friend to myself.
I am sharing my template with you, a full in-depth breakdown of how I use it, and how you can format it to fit your needs and adjust to you.
We also talk simple every day practices for morning, day-time, and the evening which allow life to feel soft, full, and sweet.
