In this episode I lay out 20 behaviours that I normalised when I was in the midst of disordered eating. Just because you resonate with any of these reasons, it does NOT mean you have disordered eating or an eating disorder. I am just shedding light on a few behaviours that I took part in when at my lowest point with my body, food and exercise. Just something to think about and maybe something to reflect on if you do resonate with any of them. Be kind to yourself and be open to explore the reasons behind your behaviours around food, body and exercise. 💐
