These include using positive self-talk, speaking louder and slower, speaking in full sentences, reading out loud, not worrying too much about making mistakes, and setting realistic goals. I also discuss ways to address linguistic racism and create a more inclusive environment for all English speakers. Finally, I share some inspiring stories from English learners who have overcome their fears and achieved fluency. These stories serve as a reminder that with determination, perseverance, and the right strategies, anyone can become a confident English speaker.
