This was the first time she has ever seen a Filipina be a judge and after the conference, she went reached out to have coffee with her.  A 30 minute chat became 3 hours and Charmaine realized that everyone goes through imposter syndrome no matter how experienced a person is.  She realize that if she had these feelings, then other entrepreneurs have gone through similar feelings as well which led her to creating Pwrforward.
