This is a fast-moving conversation with a funny, clever, and wise man so hold on to your hat! I just had to rebroadcast my episode with guest and one of my favorite mentors, Michael Bungay Stanier. Michael is an award-winning and sought-after coach, author, and speaker. We talked about his best-selling book, The Coaching Habit. Receiving feedback is an important leadership skill that we can all develop, and it’s not just up to managers to give it – it’s something we all can and should do more of (and ask for!) and improve our skills in doing so.
