Building trust and connection is essential in creating that safety, and while some may choose to share their experiences with us, others may find solace with different colleagues throughout our organization. We must strive to create a safe space for everyone. If you are unsure how to do this or feel uncomfortable, it’s important leaders are able to facilitate a conversation about it.
