Trigger Warning: This episode discusses mens mental health and suicide.  We were joined this week by Hub Member Jay Fletcher and his story with running.  When Jay first started running, he began running marathon after marathon striving the 100 club!  After a difficult period of his life in 2021 with his marriage breaking down, he thought there was no way out. He turned to family, friends and the support group of the charity MIND to help his through this challenging period of his life.
