I am the first one to admit I over complicate almost everything in my life down to small details surrounding my day to day. So why do we over complicate things and why do we try to justify those complications instead of working on our thought patterns and well being? We can give ourselves a million excuses of why we do and think the way we do, but the simplest answer is we have to STOP making excuses and start actually doing the hard tasks of working on simplifying the simple details in our life.
