At the latest Conference of the Parties held in Egypt, a historic agreement on "Loss and Damage" was reached, paving the way for poorer countries impacted by climate change to receive billions of dollars of support from wealthier nations. That could ignite a boom in the green banking industry that has been around for over a decade, but has yet to go mainstream.
