
Period tracking apps CAN be incredibly helpful. I use them myself at times, and I have clients who use them too!
But there are occasions where they could be doing more harm than good for you as an individual - for example if they're becoming a self fulfilling prophesy, driving up your stress levels, or if you can't stop checking them.
So in today's podcast I discuss that. Talking through the facts as well as my own experience personally and that of working with 100's of clients over the last 10 years.
I also discuss why it's important not to become too attached to other forms of data such as steps and scale weight, and share my own journey with moving away from meticulous with numerical data after transitioning away from bodybuilding!
