Jeffrey Epstein’s Zorro Ranch remained on the market for roughly two years and underwent multiple price reductions before a buyer was finally found. The sprawling New Mexico property was originally listed in 2021 for $27.5 million, but after failing to attract a purchaser, the asking price was cut by $6 million to $21.5 million and later slashed again to $18 million. Altogether, Epstein’s estate was forced to reduce the advertised price by nearly $10 million as the ranch continued to sit unsold.

The repeated reductions reflected the difficulty of selling a remote, highly specialized compound permanently associated with Epstein and allegations of sexual abuse. Zorro Ranch was eventually sold in 2023 to a newly registered company for an undisclosed amount, with Epstein’s estate saying the proceeds would be used to cover estate expenses and pay creditors. The final sale ended a prolonged effort to dispose of one of the most notorious properties remaining from Epstein’s real-estate empire, although the secrecy surrounding the purchase price initially left unanswered how much the estate ultimately accepted.
