Nirgendwo kann man die Fülle so deutlich erleben, wie in der Natur. Gerade jetzt, im Sommer, wo es um uns herum blüht, treibt, summt und flattert. Wenn wir dies wahrnehmen, kann uns das in direkte Verbindung mit der uns von Natur aus innewohnenden inneren Fülle in Kontakt bringen. Nowhere can you experience abundance as clearly as in nature. Especially now, in summer, when it blossoms, sprouts, hums and flutters around us. When we perceive this, it can bring us into direct contact with the inner abundance that is inherent in us by nature. We can appreciate and rediscover it.  Noticing our inner abundance can be a source of strength for us and at the same time make us feel inner peace. Meditationstechniken können für uns von unschätzbarem Wert sein, auch, oder gerade wenn, es darum geht, unseren Alltag zu bewältigen, den wir oft als fordernd und zunehmend aufreibend empfinden. Mittlerweile haben viele Menschen die Meditation für sich entdeckt. Und doch fühlen sie sich oft gespalten und sehen die Zeiten, in denen sie meditieren und wieder zu innerer Ruhe finden, als getrennt von den Zeiten, in denen sie anderweitig tätig sind. Genau hier setzen die drei kleinen Meditationen an, die ich in diesem Beitrag erläutere. Sie sind kurz und auch sehr einfach auszuführen und so problemlos und manchmal sogar für andere fast unbemerkt in einen jeden Tagesablauf einzubinden. So können sie im Trubel des Alltag ein Anker für uns sein und uns erinnern, uns selbst immer wieder bewusst wahrzunehmen. Meditation techniques can be invaluable to us, even, or especially, when it comes to managing our daily lives, which we often find demanding and increasingly grueling. Meanwhile, many people have discovered meditation for themselves. And yet they often feel divided and see the times when they meditate and find inner peace again as separate from the times when they are otherwise engaged. This is exactly where the three little meditations I explain in this post come in. They are short and also very easy to perform and so can be incorporated into any daily routine without any problems and sometimes even almost unnoticed by others. So they can be an anchor for us in the hustle and bustle of everyday life and remind us to be aware of ourselves again and again.
