*“I just discovered Zivli and am interested in joining. I have tried so many ‘diets’ and lost weight but always felt so restricted, deprived, and overwhelmed. With that I have regained weight over and over. I have spent lots of $$ on programs that aren’t sustainable. So I guess my questions are:

1. How does this program differ from the restrictive diet culture?

2. Is it sustainable and worth the investment?

3. How much weight do members typically lose?”*

One member in the chat said: "On WW, I was taught to lead with carbs (usually the lowest points foods) and I always fought sugar cravings and food noise. Zivil taught me to lead with protein and healthy fats (usually a higher point food under WW, and thus discouraged) and my sugar cravings have decreased significantly and I always feel thin! This has been worth the price for me."

Another member said..."What I have learned from Zivli is that it is not always about what you are eating (food), it is more about what is eating you (emotions/thoughts)."

And yet another member had this to say to the new members in attendance... "Welcome to all of the new members. This is a great support group. Dr. Nolte and her team are very helpful and encouraging. I am so grateful that I found them. Getting clarity on tools that I can use step by step to make advancements for my health both mentally and physically is making a difference. My husband and family are so grateful too for the goodness this program has brought into my life."
