Extreme hunger can be scary and confusing, because by definition, those most people around you will be less hungry and therefore eat less. You may feel scared and alone because of how much you’re eating or how much your body wants you to eat. Well, I’m here to make you feel less alone and give you an insight in to what I myself ate during my recovery when I experienced extreme hunger. So tune in!
