It’s a new recording from a 300-year-old manuscript of Bach’s Leipzig cantatas, but with a surprising twist: the works aren’t by Johann Sebastian Bach, but his distant cousin, Johann Ludwig Bach. Renowned conductor Johanna Soller is the driving force behind the album, titled Johann Ludwig Bach: The Leipzig Cantatas.
