The Outspoken Review - Is PDRN Skincare As Good As It Seems? and French Pharmacy Favourites

In this week's Outspoken Review I'm reflecting on the wonderful launch of Dr Marine Vincent's utterly brilliant book "The French Skincare Bible", which I attended last night.The event was really joyful and there were so many brilliant people there, many of whom I hadn't seen in ages. It was paticularly nice to catch up with the lovely Dr Emma Craythorne and her friend and colleague Dr Ellie Rashid. Ellie and I had a long and really interesting chat about PDRN ake Polynucleotides aka salmon sperm dna in skincare and I'll be going into detail about it during the episode.I'll also talk through some of my favourite French pharmacy products that were in my beautiful goody bag and why I love them.I hope you enjoy this episode :0)

I have received SO many messages about constipation recently that I thought it would be useful to chat about where I'm at and the kinds of things I'm doing to help get things moving. In this week's episode I'm chatting to my lovely friend Cherry Healey who has been incredibly brave recently and shared her UTI story publicly, even going to parliament and talking openly about her struggles in a room filled with MPs. Cherry has lived with chronic UTI's since she was a child and as you'll hear, at one point it led to her being hospitalised and almost getting sepsis.Cherry is joined by Extracted founder Toni Waterfall. Together they have formulated supplements to help women manage and keep UTI's at bay. They're also on a mission to educate women and society in general.
