The Local Leaders for Europe podcast is a series of interviews conducted at the European Committee of the Regions, the EU's assembly of regional and local authorities. Gender equality is a core value for the European Union, it is crucial to tackle the barriers women face in entering politics and actively engage politicians in this matter.
