Put simply, it isn't presidents or culture or any of that, it's that the bankers play both sides and always win. And the bankers control the governments.

He lived the high life, with women, yachts, private jets, drugs, and so on. Just like a movie.He is old now and regrets most of it. As he puts it, he cannot change history.
