President Trump has been inserting his name on just about everything these days, so we figured we’d beat him to the punch. All jokes aside, this week President Trump announced he is naming a new fleet of battleships after himself, calling them “the largest, deadliest and most versatile best looking warships anywhere on the world’s oceans.”  This of course comes on the heels of him adding his name to the front of the Kennedy Center, renaming the U.S. Institute of Peace to the “Donald J. Trump Institute of Peace," adding his likeness to the National Park Pass, a commemorative one dollar coin and the list goes on and on. What’s next? The Department of Justice sent out a tweet before releasing more than 30,000 new documents from the Epstein files, saying some of the documents contain “untrue and sensationalist claims made against President Trump.” The documents in fact, do contain damning documents from an apparent suicide note from Epstein to Nassar along with flight logs that show Trump on Epstein’s private plane more times than previously known, apparently with alleged Epstein victims. While the President is NOT accused of doing anything criminal, it is certainly raising a number of questions. 12 time Grammy nominee, rapper Nicki Minaj sent jaws dropping after making a surprise appearance at the Turning Point USA conference over the weekend. Veteran 60 minutes correspondent Sharon Alfonsi wrote a private email to her colleagues about why she believes her segment on deplorable conditions for deported migrants was pulled at the 11th hour by new CBS Editor-In-Chief Bari Weiss. That email has now been made public, and in it, Alfonsi says her story was vetted, promoted and ready for air, when Weiss pulled it for so called “editorial” reasons.  Alfonsi isn’t buying it, saying the network’s decision is a “betrayal of the most basic tenet of journalism.”  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

The Epstein Transparency Act was supposed to end all of the speculation and conspiracy theories surrounding the investigation into Jeffery Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. This week, Phoenix residents finally saw justice for a 3 week long killing spree that ended in the murders of convicted killer Cleophus Cooksey Jr’s mom and stepfather.   Cooksey was convicted of killing 8 people in total, but the jury was hung on giving a death sentence for the murders of his mom and stepdad,  and now the DA is considering retrying Cooksey because of it!  Hear what the DA and a family friend had to say about the evil they saw in Cooksey and why they say he is the reason why we need the death penalty in this country.  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
