St. Paul Police Chief Alex Henry has officially filed a lawsuit against 53-year-old Minnesota Mayor Kaohly Her for sexual harassment. Chief Henry had already filed a complaint against the mayor back in the Spring, but has now included new allegations in his formal lawsuit. Henry alleges that Mayor Her grabbed his upper thigh twice during a budget meeting, made references to the size of his penis and referred to herself as a “MILF”. Earlier accusations involved Mayor Her reportedly sending an inappropriate text to a city employee referring to “Weiner Wednesday.” The Mayor’s spokesperson has denied the allegations and says Mayor Her plans to “continue to lead St. Paul.” See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Police say a 32-year-old man is in custody after brutally attacking a couple while they were sleeping, stabbing Dr. Idris Evans to death and critically injuring his wife. In the middle of the attack, Gina Evans was able to yell to their 8 and 12 year old kids to run to a neighbor’s house, saving them from being harmed. Investigators are trying to determine a motive for the murder, Evan’s wife telling police she heard her husband call out their attacker’s name, Elijah. Damn. For the second day in a row, the mistress of accused murderer Caleb Flynn was on the stand reading hundreds of texts between the two. But on Thursday, 24-year-old Alleigha Botner cracked as she was forced to read a damning text where she told Caleb she wanted to kill his wife Ashley, “so bad." However, later in the day a much different tone swept over the courtroom as prosecutors played an AI version of the song Caleb wrote for Alleigha. Mississippi Police have arrested a second man in the death of a black woman found hanging from a tree, and have issued an arrest warrant for a third suspect. Jackson police arrested 25-year-old Earnest Lloyd Jr. in the death of 29-year-old Tasia Fortune, whose body was found hanging behind an abandoned home in the city on Aug. 3rd. Authorities say while the U.S. Marshalls are bringing in a third man, there are even more arrest warrants expected in this horrific case. A federal judge has granted journalists a temporary restraining order forcing the White House to restore press credentials to CNN, MSNOW and Politico.
