my brain has not been doing so well lately - I've been either feeling anxious or keeping myself distracted to avoid the gnawing sense that something is going wrong and I cannot do anything about it. but alas!! I'm never one to stray from honesty and talking about these stressful times makes them feel that much less heavy - and so, here's a little talk about where I've been mentally, what's making me feel anxious and how I've been trying to move through it. as always, sending you lots of love >
