I'm sure we've all been there: you go into the doctor knowing something if off with you, only to get labs done and the doctor tells you everything is “normal”. But you KNOW things are in fact not normal.
And odds are the doctor just tells you something arbitrary like “lose weight” or “drink more water” or “try to stress less” 🙄
It’s not fun or encouraging when something isn’t right and you can’t get any answers. You’re stuck in this wheel of feeling like crap and not knowing what to do to get better.
It’s time to end that!!! In this week’s podcast, I discuss what you can do when you get “normal” labs.
