This is an attachment styles 101 crash course where you can get an overview of this framework and how it affects your sex life. Having the well-developed emotional intelligence and the right relational tools will allow you to create the best context for an awesome sexuall connection. Knowing your attachment style, and ideally, knowing your partner’s too, is one of those tools.
