189. Biohacking Menopause and What Women In Their 20s and 30s Need To Know - Zora Benhamou and Leah Vachani

This is a very important episode about supplements and what actually goes on behind closed doors from two very well respected formulators Dr. Nichola Conlon and Leslie Kenny. Dr. Nichola Conlon Dr. is a molecular biologist. She got her PhD in Physiology from Newcastle University, home to the largest institute for aging research in Europe. Today we have Dr. Wendie Trubow, who is a functional medicine gynecologist.
