Review the 2024 Age Group Semifinals with JR Howell, John Young and Seth Page

Is 4 events enough to send the top age grouper athletes to the 2024 CrossFit Games? Are the semifinal events just a retread of the Quarterfinals events? Chase and Bill sit down with John Young and JR Howell to take a deep dive into the 2024 Age Group programming beyond just what the events are on paper.
