Welcome to episode two.
For these first two episodes, we’re at Ashton Gate Stadium… in the South West of England… home of Bristol City Football Club and Bristol Bears Rugby… where I’m delivering a session at a recruitment company’s annual Conference.
During the last episode I shared that behaviour drives results… and character drives behaviour.
The question is… how can we develop our character?
During this session you’ll hear my refer to a couple of challenges that I set myself… to develop my own character.
The first challenge was to walk 100 miles in 24 hours… to develop my tenacity.
The second was to run 1000 miles in the year and do 1000 press ups per month, every month. This one was to develop consistency.
So… let’s pick up where we left off…
Here’s part two of ‘How to achieve more’
