S8 E17 - Nintendo Direct: Dragon Quest Monsters, Xenblade Genesis, & More!

This week, Austin is flying solo to talk about all that Dragon Quest Monters: The Withered World news we've gotten this past week, including the new characters, villain, worlds, and gameplay mechanics. He also discusses the new Dragon Quest board game, which will hopefully release outside of Japan one of these days.

Sony made the bone-head play recently of discontinuing physical disc production of video games starting in January 2028. So next year is the last year we may have physical DQ games. Especially with Square Enix only using Game Key Cards on the Switch 2. We have thoughts.
