In the second part of our reporting on Day 9 of the case against Conor McGregor and his friend James Lawrence who are accused of rape we hear the closing statements given on behalf of the plaintiff Nikita Hand who says she was raped by both men in a Dublin hotel in 2018.Both have denied the allegations and said they had consensual sex with her. Two Hungarian pilots have been jailed for their role in flying €8 million worth of heroin into Ireland.Aradi Ignac a 50 year old father of five and a former Soviet fighter pilot Zoltan Nemeth nicknamed Top Gun in his home country got 10 and 8 years respectively for their parts in a plot orchestrated by the gang known as The Family.The duo pleaded guilty at the Special Criminal Court to smuggling heroin into Weston Airport last year.Nicola speaks to Niall Donald about the pilots and the massive 60 kilo heroin deal that went awry.
