In this episode we talk with Tony Holler, head track coach of Plainfield North high School in Illinois.  Coach Holler created his Feed the cats training system which emphasizes low volume sprints at high intensity.  He preaches tired is the enemy and is anti conditioning.  He trained Illinois 100m Record Holder Macellus Moore who ran 10.31.  Holler speaks all across the world and consults with various NCAA teams and professional teams such as the Yankees and Princeton Lacrosse

In this episode we talk with Derek Hansen Speed Consultant and owner of SprintCoach.com.  Hansen worked with Charlie Francis for some time training elite sprinters.  He consults many professional teams across the world such as Super Bowl champs Kansas City Cheifs 

In this episode we talk with Dominic of Athletics West Chester.  He is the track coach at Iona Prep in New Rochelle NY.  He runs North East Speed summit in the fall and Speed camps twice a week in the summer.  He is responsible for bringing professional track athletes to the Armory track camps.  Dominic has some of the fastest kids in the NY metropolitan area. He routinely helps his athletes get scholarships to D1 universities 

In this Episode we chat with Rising star in the sports performance game.  23 year old Zac Goodman.  In fact he just finishing up college.  He already is a performance coach at John Glenn High school in Bay City Michigan.  He has some of strongest explosive athletes in all of Michigan. Goodman is well read and relentless in his quest for knowledge.  He puts out great content and also runs his own experiments

In this episode we talk with Westide vs World producer and Head Performance coach at Florida State High School in Talahassee.   We talk about his beginnings and introduction in to conjugate style training.  How his father met Dave Tate and had him do seminars from his dads garage.  How he visited Westside and met Louie and produced the film.  Fahey traveled accross the nation speaking to top coaches on how they applied such methods of training. In this episode we chat with Dustin Brancheau owner of AdvantEdge in Marquette Michigan.  Dustin sought out help while he was training for the NFL and got Advice from Louie Simmons of Westside Barbell.  He was invited down in 2012 then the rest is history.  Branch started by training D1 Hockey players who went on to the NHL.  Then he worked with a state championship football team.  Branch has put out some athletes with the best NFL combine methods ever.  He's trained a championship pro boxer.  He has put someone in each major pro league trains  with the conjugate system.
