Mark Steinward, founder of One Tribe, shares his journey into shamanic healing, spiritual awakening, and helping others reconnect with deeper aspects of themselves. Mark has been teaching shamanic healing for over 19 years, working with hundreds of students through the One Tribe Shamanic Training School, as well as leading Deep Ancestral Healing Retreats, the Shamanic Clinic, and weekly Sound Healing sessions since 2009 that have been attended by tens of thousands of people. He also continues to work one-on-one with individuals as a shamanic practitioner. Mark’s path into healing began in childhood after experiencing energy healing while seriously ill in Bali at the age of six. From then on he began practicing healing intuitively. At age eleven he travelled to India where he received Shaktipat, a kundalini awakening, from an Indian Guru. After years of meditation and spiritual exploration, he later met his shamanic teacher in his early twenties, which fully set him on the path he continues to teach today.
