Kelly has a background in quantitative research of human behavior, is an accredited mind management, psychological safety, and cognitive behavioral therapy coach, she’s an entrepreneur, co-founder and CEO of the Motives Met People-First Platform, and a Work Well-Being Champion!

Kelly went from the classic hustler living in a toxic work environment trying to make everything happen all the time, and felt herself going down a path she knew she didn’t want to be a part of, once she had this realization she set out to find a way to have a work life she could actually enjoy.

In this episode you’ll learn about how to find your strengths, the reason you don’t enjoy the work you’re doing, how to actually discover what drives you, and how to thrive at work.
