Mistakes I made on last episode.   Lessons: Time - Time is more valuable than money. You can get more money, but you cannot get more time. ~ Rohn Tone-  Guitarists search for tone because it's a fundamental way to express their unique musical voice. Tone is the characteristic sound produced by a guitar, influenced by factors like amplifier settings, effects pedals, and playing technique. It's not just a technical aspect of music; it's a powerful tool that can influence emotions, evoke memories, and shape personalities. Each guitarist's quest for the perfect tone is deeply personal, as it allows them to convey their individuality and add depth, warmth, richness, or aggression to their music. Goal Setting -  Goal setting is not just about identifying what you want to achieve but also about giving yourself the means to ensure that you actually work towards these goals. It's about setting your sights on where you want to go and then taking the steps to get there. If you have noticed I have given myself a time that is realistic and actionable. I should be able to do it sooner since I am actively working this guitar thing. This is how it is done though.   The best stories are true. I decided to create a new podcast that shares the origin, struggle and wins of my journey as a blues musician. I am calling it Blues Cast. The name came to me when I was creating the album art and remember my earlier days when I wanted to create an authentic blues radio show. That dream didn’t materialize because I didn’t have the sponsors or support, I needed to make it happen back then. The knowledge and passion of sharing the history of this American art form is still in me though and I hope to share it and my journey as a guitarist on this new podcast. I like the stories where the hero overcomes and wins at the end. I am predicting my succeeding in this endeavor too. I have tried many things over my lifetime and none have been as well received or flowed in a positive manner as this. All my past challenges have led me to this. I’ve been podcasting since 2007 and think I can put a good show together.  I know some interesting people that I will have on the show to add perspective and entertainment value. I might even be blessed to interview blues artist and touch on my radio dreams. The future is full of possibilities. Welcome to Blues Cast. the making of a modern-day blues man.
