Ken was a well loved Jr. High School teacher in Des Moines, Iowa. He knew he was gay but went the route of marrying a woman, having children with this woman and not living his truth. But in the 80's Ken decided it was time to be who he really was. His life would come crashing down one fateful night in February of 1988.
