Overstimulated and Stressed As a Mom? Use These Techniques to Regain Control
Today I’m going to talk about a subject that is very prevalent in today’s culture, and that is overstimulation. For parents and moms, your environment can be very stimulating and frankly, chaotic. We fight busy schedules, hundreds of toys, and a million questions a day, so it’s easy for life to feel hectic and out of control. But the problem is when I see women accepting the overstimulation and stress as thinking “Oh well, that’s just the way it is.”
I’m here to tell you that it doesn't have to be that way! As a mom of FOUR BOYS, I’ve had to do my fair share of work to combat the chaos to find a rhythm of life that’s enjoyable and helps me to thrive. I want to share with you some key components to my strategy that I know are going to you help you nail down a rhythm that works for you!
