"JUST" like we predicted...the Saints marched right into Carolina and DOMINATED the Panthers behind incredible QB play from their rookie Tyler Shough! Obviously....sometimes it's nice to be wrong, and that was definitely the case after Sunday. Before the game, we thought our defense would be gashed by Rico Dowdle (54 yds, 2.9 ypc); and we thought Shough would definitely struggle against a stout Panthers D (282 yds, 2 td, 0 int). Like we said, nice to be wrong sometimes. We go full-in on all the highlights and encouraging signs. Do we still want to see more out of...Moore? AND does Shough's performance on Sunday give us reason to re-think the 1st Round QB draft strategy - or - was it "just one game" and we need to see more before we abandon the "draft a QB first" mentality?
