I can’t tell you how many times I’ve sat down to record this podcast and been told to “do less better”, that focusing on one thing is the only route to success in a career, whilst knowing that it’s no secret that I love pursuing new things. And for months I’ve been thinking about an episode on exactly that. So when I had the chance to have half an hour with Richard in the Virgin offices, I thought who better to really get into this subject with.
