Well before there were any TMNT toys, the first company to license the TMNT was Palladium Books, making six books of RPGs starting in 1985. Now, after a wildly succesful kickstarter in 2023, Palladium is rereleasing ALL of its TMNT books in two beautiful full-color volumes coming later this month (Nov, 2025) and currently available for pre-order.
