
Bill Taylor spent over 20 years as a championship-level collegiate head coach before a deeply challenging conflict in his career revealed a gap he hadn't expected: he didn't have the skills to manage it. That honest reckoning led him to pursue a Master's degree in Conflict Management — and ultimately to found Sports Conflict Lab, dedicated to bringing one of the most overlooked tools in sports to coaches, administrators, athletes, and families.
