There may be a few reasons as to why this is happening! In this episode, Cheyanne focuses on why pet owners may not engage with a vet clinic's social media posts. She emphasizes the importance of understanding social media algorithms, knowing your audience, and having clear content strategies.Firstly, Cheyanne explains that a lack of engagement could be due to misunderstanding how social media algorithms work. These algorithms are designed to keep users on the platform, not to hinder businesses. By learning how they function, clinics can post content that aligns with what their clients want to see, leading to better engagement.Secondly, she discusses the importance of knowing who you're creating content for. This involves understanding the audience's likes, dislikes, lifestyles, and relationships with their pets. By tailoring content to the audience's preferences and lifestyle, clinics can post at optimal times when their clients are most likely to engage.Lastly, Cheyanne points out that not knowing what to post is a common issue. Without a plan, content may not resonate with the audience, leading to poor engagement.
