Nourishing Your Life Soulfully with Peta Coote
Do you find yourself not trusting your body? Struggling to feel confident in your body and the decisions you make? Today I'm joined by Peta Coote, a Certified Intuitive Eating Facilitator, Eating Psychology Coach, and Trauma Informed Practitioner. In this interview, Peta shares how she couldn't trust her body but eventually found intuitive eating, which helped her to relearn how to listen to her body to nourish her soul. She outlines how she was able to take care of her body, take action and heal her relationship with food.
We explore how the media plays a role in self-care and share some ways you can do impactful self-care to destress, repair, and heal. We discuss pairing foods to help you feel fuller for longer whilst still enjoying it; as a surprise, you'll digest more nutrients when you enjoy your food! I explain how you are the expert in your body, business, and life, and deciding what you feel instead of seeking answers externally will help you feel more confident.
