Shereen is a GP & Dermatologist, and is Medical Director of ESS Clinic in London, which offers private skin surgery and aesthetic treatments.
Following on from our last episode of Ask The Doctor, which tackled our skin health, and how our diet can impact our skin, today we are talking all things beauty and skincare related! In today's episode, I am asking Shereen some key questions about what skincare products are essential, and which products are not helping our skin at all. I even let her rate my own products to see if what I'm doing is right!
