Today we are discussing the case of the Stratford Poltergeist, aka The Real Nightmare on Elm Street.
In 1850, an unseen force torments a reverend's family for months, in front of multiple reliable witnesses. Many claim the spirit of Goody Basset, a woman hanged for witchcraft on the property was the culprit. Others believe it was a demonic possession brought about by a seance gone wrong. Whatever the truth...this haunting is incredibly bizarre.
