Hello, and welcome to the Nature of Loss podcast. I’m Mollie and I am a Wellbeing and Engagement Ranger at a Local Nature Reserve on the South Coast. Through this podcast we will be having open conversations about grief and how people have found solace out in nature. We will be chatting to a range of guests who have a story to tell. I myself found great solace in nature after the loss of my grandparents, and am on a mission to spread the word about the benefits of being outdoors in nature for both grief and mental health and wellbeing in general.
