My position is that a rise in Glucose and A1c may be potentially dangerous, especially if there are other signs of metabolic dysfunction. Prof Bart Kay's position is that there isn't any evidence to support that position.
I think ultimately we agree to disagree, especially on the concept of 'risk', but the discussion is really important and a must listen episode.
