Summer is here and for a lot of us we’ll be juggling school holidays, taking trips away and being out of our usual day-to-day routines. Hopefully there will be time to rest and recharge, however for many of us when we get out of our routine we can drop the ball on the good habits and rituals we’ve had in place and then start back at square one when summer comes to an end.
This year I challenge you to keep your vision a priority and either start or continue to work towards achieving your goals!
Use the strategies I share in the episode to keep showing up for yourself in easy, flexible ways, so no matter what your summer plans are you can keep closing that gap on where you are now to where you want to be.
