Fitness classes CAN be a positive part of our lives. It's common for people to put of chasing or seeking support with their goals until life calms down, often adopting the thought process of wanting to give their all to the process.But this thought process is the exact thing holding you back, because there's always going to be something making life busy or stressful in some way or another...so if we wait until things are quiet, we'll never get started in the first place.Following on from that, until we learn to navigate busy or stressful periods, we'll never achieve long-term success with our goals. Last week there was a trend going round on instagram stories where you uploaded a photo from 5 years ago (sorry, how was 2021 5 YEARS ago!?)I scrolled through my camera roll to find that this was the year I did a couple of photoshoots. The pictures I had saved ranged from lingerie to smiley pictures of me in a shirt, and I remember really enjoying these shoots.I think photoshoots can be a great personal experience. I've loved them and I have absolutely no issues with anyone else who does them. However, using heavily physique focused shots or lingerie pictures to market coaching is what doesn't sit well with me personally.
